Umpire Information
Please find the attached Umpire's Report, to be filled out at the conclusion of each match.
Instructions for filling out the form are as follows:
1) Click on the 'Umpire's Report' link above. The PDF file will then open in a new window.
2) Fill out the appropriate details on the form, using the drop down menus and typing in all other fields.
3) Select the 'Agree' box at the bottom of the document, acknowledging all information entered in the form is correct and accurate.
4) Select the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the document. From here you will be presented with two options:
- Desktop Email Application - Choose this option if you currently use an email application such as Microsoft Outlook or Eudora. The report will then automatically be attached and appear in your Outbox, ready to send.
- Internet Email - Choose this option if you currently us an internet email service such as Hotmail, Live, Yahoo or Gmail. You will then be asked to save your report to your computer. Then you will need to attach the saved document manually and send it to eleventy8@bigpond.com and info@cricketgoldcoast.com using your internet email account.
